Yes. Cancel in the customer portal at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Which payment methods are supported?
Credit and debit cards plus TWINT. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can switch between Rules, Plus and Pro at any time. Billing is prorated.
Does the subscription work on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in to any device with your ClubCourts account and the subscription is available everywhere.
Do I need a subscription to join a tournament?
No. Joining and following the brackets is part of the free plan. A subscription is only needed to organise a tournament yourself.
Does my opponent need a subscription too?
No. Livescoring against real opponents is free. Your opponent can even play as a guest without an account at all.
My club already has a membership – do I still need a plan?
Club tournaments and court reservations are covered by the club membership. Personal features like the Rules Bot, or your own tournaments outside the club, run on your own subscription.
What does a court booking with a fee cost in the app?
Your club sets the reservation fee. If you pay it in the app, a service fee of CHF 0.50 per booking is added: for CHF 40 you pay CHF 40.50. You see both amounts listed separately before you pay.
What does handling the guest fees cost the club?
ClubCourts keeps 5.5% of the reservation fees paid in the app as a transaction fee, Stripe's fees included. We settle the rest with the club periodically. The service fee is paid by the booking player, not the club.
