Live scoring

How do spectators follow my match?

Share the live link or hang the QR code on the fence. Anyone can follow point by point in the browser – no app and no account needed.

Does my opponent need an account?

No. You can play against "Guest", which only uses your own account. Your opponent needs a real account only if they want the match in their own statistics.

What happens if I lose connection during a match?

Scoring runs on your device, so you keep counting on the board. As soon as you have a connection again the current score goes to the server. Spectators see the last score that reached them in the meantime, and the point-by-point log for those minutes cannot be filled in afterwards — the final score is correct. Starting a match does need a connection.

Can I correct a point I recorded by mistake?

Yes. Every point can be undone – games, sets and tiebreaks are recalculated automatically.

What is the Flic button?

A small Bluetooth button you clip to your racquet or the net post. One press counts a point, so you never have to pick up your phone.

Which rules does the Rules Bot know?

The official rules of tennis — everything that gets argued about on court: net cords, scoring, hindrance, serving order. Those are the same everywhere. Competition regulations such as interclub, licences or classification are national: in Switzerland the bot answers those from the Swiss Tennis regulations, elsewhere not yet.

Tournaments

How do I create a tournament?

Under "Tournaments" you set the name, format and categories. ClubCourts generates the draw automatically once entries close. This needs a Pro subscription or a club membership.

How many players fit in a tournament?

Up to 64 players per draw. A tournament can run several categories, each with its own bracket and its own champion.

Are group phases supported?

Yes. You can play a group phase followed by a knockout bracket. ClubCourts computes the standings per group and marks the qualifiers automatically.

Can I follow a tournament without playing in it?

Yes. Following tournaments and their brackets is part of the free plan.

Subscription & account

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

In the customer portal under "Account → Subscription". You can switch at any time and billing is prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Which payment methods are supported?

Credit and debit cards plus Twint. All payments are processed through Stripe – we never see your card details.

Does my subscription work on several devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same ClubCourts account and your subscription is available on phone, tablet and the web.

How do I delete my account?

Under "Account → Profile" you can delete your account yourself. Your personal data is removed; results of completed tournaments remain, anonymised.

Community

How do I find other players?

Through the search in the "People" section. Once someone is confirmed as a friend you can invite them straight into matches and tournaments.

What is the Club Challenge?

A running ladder inside your club: you challenge other members, and every counted match moves the positions.

Who can see my results?

Matches in your club and in public tournaments are visible to those members and spectators. Private matches are visible only to you and the people you played with.
