Private tournament, step by step

Nine steps from the first draft to the winner, for friends and teammates.

Set up the tournament

Organising takes ClubCourts Pro for CHF 9 a month. Playing and following are free.

Invite more people than there are places: whoever accepts first plays. The others go on the waitlist.

Pick friends and club members. They get a push notification and accept or decline in the app.

Once it is full or the deadline passes, ClubCourts makes the draw. Every player gets a push notification.

The two players enter date and time on their match. Everyone with access sees who plays when.

Scoring works like any live match. The result counts once the opponent has confirmed it.

What else there is besides the matches.

Friends who do not play can be marked as followers. They see the draw, results and live matches.

If someone withdraws, you fill the place from the waitlist while their first matches are unplayed.

At the end, download the tournament protocol as a PDF or clone the tournament for next season.
