The start
A club does not put itself on ClubCourts; we bring it there. One call, we set it up, you are live.
We set it up
We create courts, booking rules and members, and take over your existing lists.
Roles that fit

You invite
New members you invite by profile or by email; they accept in their inbox.

Courts and rules
Upload your playing regulations and we take care of every setting, one-off CHF 500. No tedious setup in cluttered dashboards.
Court occupancy
Every court all day: free, reserved, confirmed. Members book in the app, browser or at the clubhouse kiosk.
What a rule sets
Lead time, quota, guest fee, time slots. Prefer doing it yourself? The rule editor is included.
Short notice and seasons
Short-notice bookings come on top of the quota; summer and winter each have their rule, handed over automatically.

The clubhouse
There is a screen in the clubhouse that shows what is going on, and as a touch kiosk books a free court for today.

Tap a court and a time, pick the partners, done: today only, members only, no phone.
The courtside scoreboard
ClubScore on a signage screen, 32 or 43 inch, available from retailers today.
Runs on any screen
ClubDisplay runs in the browser; which pages and which language, you set in the app.
Booked once one confirms
Every named partner gets a message; the booking stands as soon as one confirms. Undo for five minutes.
Power where it stands
The signage screen needs power and an indoor spot: the hall, the clubhouse, a covered courtside.

The news
What the club has to say is in the app: the club championship, the resurfaced courts, the daily menu at the clubhouse restaurant.

The season
The Club Challenge runs all year, club tournaments come with the club membership, and Interclub encounters run live into the clubhouse.

The club sets up the series with its categories, members challenge each other, every match moves the positions.
Challenging
Before sending, the app shows the Elo points for win and loss; the date is agreed there.

Draw, group phase, knockout bracket, several categories each with its champion, court plan and live score.

For the board meeting ClubCourts delivers the numbers, over 30 days, 90 days or a year.
Court utilisation
Court occupancy over the last 30 days, as a trend; the basis for opening hours and tariffs.

From 2 courts, so from CHF 300 a year; guest fees paid in the app are settled with you periodically, less a 5.5% transaction fee.
